Another listed building project for Dandelion Seeds Architects - 11 Hammet Street is listed at Grade II*

11 Hammet Street forms part of a terrace of late 18th century townhouses constructed c.1788-90 when the street was laid out by Sir Benjamin Hammet (MP for Taunton, Keeper of the Castle etc).

Our design seeks to conserve the heritage asset of 11 Hammet Street both visually and in terms of its historic significance through a change of use from commercial to residential. Ensuring that the listed building can be enjoyed and put to viable uses for this and future generations.

If you are interested in restoring your Grade 2 and 2* listed building then contact us at info@dseeds.co.uk
