We are delighted to be commissioned to design a 60 bedroom elderly care home which provides accommodation for independent, assisted and extra care living.

Our design focuses on wellbeing and how the external environment (light, views, textures, colour, materials) enhance community life and contribute to the wellness of the residents.

Our brief is to develop the estate’s assets, to build a care home with 120 beds for the elderly in partnership with an experienced senior living developer to generate income and build asset value.
