Biomimetic architecture

As a practice we are exploring resonance and biomimetic architecture and how the shape of the space (which we can spend 90% of our time in) affects our cellular health - Biomimetic design methodologies are generated from natural geometries to solve complex design problems by emulating and replicating the models, systems, and elements observed in the natural environment.

Scientific studies have proven that specific frequencies activate areas within our brain and nervous system, which influence our behaviours and wellbeing. By creating spaces that work with the natural environment, using natural materials, orientation and geometries that enhance health and wellbeing, we can cultivate environments that resonate with our body and mind. All of which assist to raise the vibration of our homes and our own cellular health.

“ I have also studied as a practitioner in wellbeing and recognise that toxins in homes, environmental pollution, emissions from the production and processing of building materials, electromagnetic fields from radio masts together with the pollution they cause can be harmful and effect our cellular health.” - Phillip Bristow (ARB RIBA, BA Hons, Dip Arch)

Our design process for healthy living is holistic and we can discuss your preferred options at every stage of the design process.

To help stir your imagination and give you a glimpse of your dream project, we offer a full architectural design service. Contact us at info@deeds.co.uk for more information.
